NATURAL/SPIRITUAL HEALING
Healing is the channelling of healing energies through the healer to the recipient by directing energy usually through the hands. The healer seeks to supplement depleted energies of the recipient to help release the body’s own recuperative abilities.
CRYSTAL HEALING
Crystals have been used for healing since ancient times by many different cultures. Crystals are highly powerful and effective tools for healing as they contain a number of special properties. Essentially, a crystal can adapt healing energy in any way imaginable.
ENERGY HEALING
Energy healing works upon the electromagnetic field around our body. This field has been discussed and contemplated within healing and philosophy for thousands of years.
COLOUR HEALING
Colour Healing uses colour to balance the Chakras of the body
Each of the spectrum colours is simply light of varying wavelengths, thus each colour has its own particular energy.
AROMA COLOUR HEALING
Aroma Colour Healing uses aromatics with colour to balance the Chakras of the body. Each aroma has its own particular energy that enhances the individual senses. Combined with the use of colour it can be a very powerful method of healing.
REIKI
Reiki is the same as Spiritual/Natural healing and is the channelling of healing energies through the healer to the patient by directing energy usually through the hands. The healer seeks to supplement depleted energies of the recipient to help release the body’s own recuperative abilities.
DISTANT HEALING
Distant Healing is performed when the patient, for whatever reason, cannot be present with the healer (Contact Healing). Healing energies can be transmitted over any distance and healing in this form can be very effective. INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
Indian head massage dates back over 4000 years. It originated as a head massage with selected oils in order to stimulate healthy hair growth. It has since been changed by the West to include the neck, shoulders, arms and back. It is now not normal to use oils.
AROMATHERAPY
An ancient therapy involving the use of essential oils extracted from flowers, leaves, fruits of certain plants, herbs and trees. Essential Oil is an identifying name for a plant hormone being the essential part of a plant mostly extracted by distillation. This concentrated liquid is used mainly by inhalation or massage and can be invaluable in the treatment of many and varied physical and psychological ailments and conditions. Aromatherapy is both gentle and relaxing.
REFLEXOLOGY
The term used to describe a method of compression massage applied
to reflex points on the feet and hands, which correspond to specific
parts on the body. In this manner, qualified and expert practitioners are able to ascertain and treat imbalances in those parts of the body, thus helping to aid the restoration of their correct functioning.
COUNSELLING
Counselling involves talking confidentially about your difficulties, past or present, in a safe, non-judgemental, private and supportive environment. It can help you to learn more about yourself and your situation, so that you are able to see things more clearly and find a way of meeting or addressing your difficulties.
